Awaiting your Quinny?
All orders come from our central warehouse and are normally available for delivery to mainland UK and Nothern Ireland within 3-5 working days. If you have ordered a customized Zapp X it will be specially assembled for you and shipped to you within 21 working days. If you provide us with your email address or phone number, you will receive tracking information regarding your order. Shipping charges of £3.95 apply on all orders under £75. Shipping is free of charge on all other orders. 

Returns


If your product was not exactly what you were looking for, don’t worry - we have a no-fuss  30-days returns guarantee. If you decide to return an unused or faulty product, you just need to follow the instructions.

Managing your orders and returns can be done easily within your account dashboard. Simply go to your account and you will find all the information that you need. Orders that have been processed and shipped are eligible for return. Click on ‘request a return’ and follow the steps. To help us optimise our products and web shop, we would appreciate it if you fill in the reason of you return.

Select the order that you would like to return and choose the products within that order. At this point, your request will be picked up by us and reviewed. Once the request is approved, you will receive a mail with return instructions. It is important to wait for these instructions.
