This is the third pram that I've bought for my son.A little of my experience with it so far, this all may sound a bit much but So far I'm very happy:It was very easy to assembleIt is visually stunning (My son has it in blue)It is an absolute dream to push, so smooth and controlledMy son loves it. The seat is a soft and squidgy foam type, he's very comfortable. You genuinely can steer this comfortably wth one hand it's really good if you need to rock your baby, or talk in the phone or hold a shopping basket. The colour is so beautiful, the deep royal blue colour actually shines in the sun, but it's still beautifully vibrant on a rainy day. It reminds me a little of those black and white canvas pictures of London with a bright red London bus in the middle. It really stands out.I love it, We love it

Brought this buggy with all the accessories, it was fine with the carrycot and car seat but after a few months the frame started occasionally clunking. I thought it was due the positioning of cup holder or parasol so thought nothing of it. It wasn't until we started using the seat part forward facing that the clunking started happening more frequently and then the frame kept collapsing whilst out and about with my son in it. It's been sent away for repair 3 times and they keep saying there is nothing wrong with it. I've ended up buying another stroller now as I have lost trust in this buggy which is a real shame as other than the fault I love it. Just wish that the frame could have been replaced so I could enjoy the buggy that I had my heart on using.

Sturdy travel system
I use this product quite often when I'm traveling. I like how you can use the maxi cosi pebble car seat to make it a travel system and I also like the reclining seat. Also it has a good size sun canopy, a rain cover and seems sturdy. You can also purchase extra accessories and it has lifetime warranty. I don't like that it's bulky, which sometimes is difficult when using public transport that I ended up needing to find alternative routes to take. The shopping basket is tiny and there's no changing bag available for it that I end up carrying extra things by hand. I ended up buying a light stroller with a big basket so I can do my weekly grocery shopping. Think I would've preferred a different Quinny.

I would buy again
Good buggy and looks nice to :-) used for both my children . Buggy is easy to fold and unfold. Easy to wash the covers to. Easy to swith between bassinet and car seat. Very nice to push and go on long walks. Cons, are that keep getting puncture's and the shopping basket is way to small.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Quinny UK response:Dear AJThank you for taking the time to leave these comments. Just to make you aware that all Buzz Xtra's manufactured since January 2015 have foam filled tyres which overcomes the ongoing matter of all air-filled tyres having the potential to puncture. You are able to purchase foam filled tyres for your stroller by visitng the Quinny UK web-site. Regards......Paul, Customer Care Team
I have a 14 week old baby girl and this is my second pushchair! I bought a Bugaboo for her before she was born and had it 7/8 weeks, I bought a Quinny after as I just wasn't getting on with the Bugaboo! The Quinny is amazing, I use it so much, with the car seat when out travelling by car and the carrycot when walking from home, it is so nice to push & easy to manoeuvre. The chassis is robust, the tyres very hard wearing and it looks lovely, I can't fault it in anyway, thank you Quinny
Quinny UK response:Dear MammyOf3, really pleased to hear that you are so happy with your choice of stroller, thank-you for sharing your experience. Regards....Paul, Customer Care Team
At first for a newborn the buggy was excellent. Very easy to handle. My son was 8lb12oz at birth so big but not huge... by 7 months he already started looking squashed width ways in the pushchair that is meant to last until 4 years old. He is now nearly 11 months and he is so squished that we are already looking for another buggy. Also he has already outgrown the footmuff and it does not do up. It is still cold and he is too young to keep a blanket on.The triangular frame overall makes the buggy not wide enough. So disappointing as it cost a lot of money!
By Disappointed mum
We bought this in January 2014. The chassis broke lock in mechanism broke the first time after 8 months... It was repaired under warranty, we moved onto a lightweight stroller after this as it was easier to use, but since the birth of a second child 4 weeks ago the chassis has since broken a second time - nothing through heavy use or over loading. We have had multiple issues with the wheels, which has led to the replacement of inner tubes, valves and the injection of slime to prevent continual flat tyres. Considering the price of this pushchair I would have expected it to last more than what it has and I am grossly disappointed. I have contacted the care team who unfortunately couldnt help me to my satisfaction.
Quinny UK response:Dear Disappointed mum, given the matters you describe in this feedback, I am surprised that the Care Team have not been able to help you more. In circumstances such as this, we always recommend that our Engineers inspect products to better understand what has happened and how they can be repaired or replaced. You mention issues with the tyres which again surprise me as since 2015, Buzz Xtra tyres are foam filled, completely removing the potential for punctures which of course exists with all types of air filled tyres. You advise that the Care Team couldn't help you in this matter to your satisfaction. If you feel that more could have or should have been done, please do not hesitate to raise your concerns with the Team Supervisor by either ringing 01284 413151 or by emailing UK-ConsumerCare@Quinny.com Regards....Paul, Customer Care Team

Brilliant Customer Services
I have a Quinny Buzz xtra travel system and absolutely love it. It is easy to use and very sturdy. But more than that, I'm very very pleased with the recent Customer Service experience. Hayley responded and acted very promptly and professionally. Would definitely recommend the pushchair and the after sale service!

Thank you also for your great feedback relating to the Customer Care Team. We work very hard to support customers at all times and your comments relating to Hayley are greatly appreciated. I love buzz xtra because it's easy to push and it's sturdy exspecialy for walking our dog. So it is easy to push one handed. It's easy to use, when you first put the car seat on it can be hard to get it off but after a while it loosens up and easy to use. I love how you can change the seats position. The basket at the bottom could do with being deeper, as I have the rain cover in this and not much room for anything else. Also the straps can be hard to make bigger as baby gets bigger can be very fidley. But those are just little things I absolutely love my pushchair. Love going in the shops and seeing your other pushchairs and looking at the colours you have in them. The mood looks so sophisticated
Quinny UK response:Dear Vicki, thank-you for taking the time to share your experiences of using your Buzz Xtra.. Regards...........Paul, Customer Care Team
Not bad but I wouldn't buy it again
Easy to manoeuvre and looks good but it's got some problems! - it fills your car boot so we've had to bully another smaller buggy, the storage bit underneath is too small - useless for anything other than the rain cover. And the tyres need pumping up all the time and one of the tyres needs replacing as it won't pump up at all. So not happy. I wouldn't buy this product again
Quinny UK response:Dear Jude, we are disappointed that you are not fully satisfied with your Buzz Xtra. A couple of the points you have raised here have been addressed in Buzz Xtras manufactured since the beginning of this year. Air-filled tyres always carry the risk of puncture whether fitted on cars, bikes or pushchairs. We do now provide foam filled tyres as standard on this model and these are also available to be purchased seperately on our web-site. We have also slightly increased the storage bag under the pushchair although we still recommend that it is not used for heavy or bulky items. If you would like to talk to us further on these or any other related matters, please call my Care Centre colleagues on 01284 413141 and they will be delighted to support you. Regards...........Paul, Customer Care Centre Team
