What is the difference between a pram body, a pram, or as Quinny calls it, a Dreami?

These terms are often used interchangably with one another, but a travel cot cannot be fitted on a pram body because it is not sturdy enough. There are "soft" travel cots available that can be used with a push chair frame. We call the Dreami a pram body as it is suitable for use for journies with young babies but does not meet UK legislation for overnight sleeping, so it cannot be described as a carry cot.
