Have you bought your Quinny via a Quinny retailer? Your best choice for quick service is to visit your Quinny retailer. Our 24 months warranty is recognized by your Quinny retailer. Have you bought your Quinny online from our webshop? Log in into your account and follow the instructions on the return page. Need help returning your Quinny? You must present proof of purchase, made within the 24 months preceding the service request. If your service request is approved by our Quinny Service, we pay for shipment and for return freight.
