I am normally a bigger fan of the more traditional pushchair but the moodd has totally won me over. It does (mostly) everything I want. Baby is high enough to see around, can lay flat when asleep ad she feels safe and secure in the seat which helps to support her when she was learning to sit unaided. I love how it both parent faces and world faces easily. The straps are easy and secure and the T bar is novel. My baby likes to hold on like she is driving a motorbike! It is very easy to push and manover around, even one handed. I am quiet tall and was worried about the handle hight but have had not problems with it at its full adjusted hight.
There are some minor negatives but these would not make me reconsider buying again if I had to. The shopping basket is tiny. The hood does not really come down far enough to be properly effective and the handle can feel a bit loose, there is a lot of movement making it feel less sturdy than it should.

Had this 10 months now, looked the look, easyness and versiatily it offers, But the basket it useless only good for holding the rain cover and umbrella. And there is no where to put the bag, fine once ur baby faces forward but when in car seat or facing you, tried it on the handles like u see with the bugaboo etc, but the quinny frame, suspension doesn't seem to hold the weight well, and there some weight once u have to started carrying jars food etc.

Comments about Quinny Moodd:

Pros: This is a heavy duty stroller! Great for going on off road walks with the dog, going through the forest all kind of road surfaces! It's very sturdy.

Cons (my personal opinion): the break isn't great and only holds on one side. The basket is really just to put an umbrella in. It is so heavy!! Lifting the frame in and out of the car is a pain in the back, literally! I'm pregnant now with my second and I can't lift this thing in and out of the car. It also take up a lot of room in the boot. The sun canapé give no protection what so ever it's very very small.

Comments about Quinny Moodd:

I am using this pram for my forth child, and I was a childminder for 10 years so I have tried more prams than most. I've loved using the moodd. We've taken it to the beach, country walks, horse shows and town and it performs amazingly. I get so many compliments on how cool it looks, my daughter loves riding in it. It's so versatile you can face it both ways. Lie it flat when your baby is sleeping. I've seen a few reviews saying it does not lay flat enough for a newborn but I thought it was fine. The carrycot you can get is more spacious than most and my daughter has only just outgrown it at 7 months. The fabrics are easily cleaned and even the white frame just wiped clean. This is by far the best pram I have ever owned. The hoods fine I've seen reviews saying it doesn't cover enough but I thought it was ok I also used a parasol. The newborn insert is a bit rubbish it buttons up to hi but I used the carrycot.

Nice design but disappointed

Comments about Quinny Moodd:

We have been using the Quinny Moodd now for four months and despite the great looks of the moodd I must say i am disappointed in the build quality of the frame itself.
Good Points - Looks great, the design is spot on. Its very easy to fold down and open up even with one hand. Its steers well and to be able to use it with the car seat as well as the other elements is great and makes life a lot easier when travelling etc.
Bad points - Now I don't know if ours is a one off but since day one there seems to be excessive play in the main handle bar were is meets the frame. This makes it feel very uneasy when going up or down a curb etc and does feels like its going to break sometimes. The whole frame creaks and groans loudly as you walk with it, which on a long walk can get very irritating. Far more than I would have expected from it. I wonder how it will cope as our daughter grows
Unfortunately the store we bought from closed down otherwise we probably would have returned with it.

Comments about Quinny Moodd:

Had the Quinny moodd in Natural for 2 months now and am in love with it. It's so lightweight and easy to push that we all want to push it!
I love how easy it is to change the seat position, turn it to face parent or away in two clicks and the adapters for the car seat slot in quickly and are so much more user friendly than the Buzz.
If I was to be picky it would be that the sun canopy is not that sturdy and doesn't seem to stay in place for long if it's moved down the pram to shade baby. Also the babynest is too small for my little girl and she's only 4 months and dainty.
But even given these two very small negatives I would recommend this pram to anyone wanting a stylish, sturdy yet head turner of a pram. We do a lot of walking and it's perfect. Can't praise it enough

Bit of a disappointment

Comments about Quinny Moodd:

After having a Quinny buzz for my first daughter I was keen to stick with Quinny second time round. Having looked around the moodd seemed to offer some nice features and address some of the niggles I had with the buzz such as easier folding system and the fact it lay flat for newborns which my buzz didn't.
Unfortunately after only 7 months I find that these advantages are far outweighed by problems.
The pram is bulky and heavy to lift especially in one piece.
The seat positions seem to be limited to reclined (almost flat) or upright. Something in between needed.
The fabric seems to pick up dirt very easily and I am reluctant to clean too vigorously as after only a few months the fabric is starting to bobble in places. The baby nest also suffered from bobbling and my daughter only used it for few weeks.
As my daughter gets bigger I am finding the t bar awkward to get round when trying fasten buckle but if I remove it she slides out before buckles are fastened.
My final issue is with the sun shade which is flimsy, doesn't offer any rain protection and in my daughters case offered no shade for 1st 4 months as she didn't reach high enough up the seat.
The moodd does look good and my daughter appears comfy in it but my recommendation would be to look at the buzz and use the £150 you save to buy something nice for your baby.

Comments about Quinny Moodd:

Two weeks ago I got Moodd on Red rumour. My son loves it. Overall its a great stroller the only thing I have got is the t- bar. I would prefer bumper bar insted. My lo had much fun hanging toys on his buzz bumper bar rather than mood T bar. When using a blanket it doesn't look very nice on the t bar and haven't tried yet the footmuf. I presume you should take out t bar when using it. I have to say that I love the basket on moodd tho. Ist more spacious. Would definitely recommend it.

Comments about Quinny Moodd:

I bought my mood about a month and a half ago and can't find a fault so far.
The wheels come off very easy to fit in the boot, it fits nicely on the bus and I'm always getting compliments! The only thing I didn't like is the price tag! My boy loves it in his moodd and looks very comfortable.
